Mr. Chew is a seasoned consultant and trainer with more than two decades of experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), Operational Excellence (OE), ESG Reporting, and ISO Management Systems across multinational manufacturing environments.
He began his Quality journey in 2001, where he led Company-Wide Quality Control initiatives and Zero-Defect programs, achieving a 70% reduction in customer complaints within 12 months.
Working closely with Japanese QC experts from Osaka, he supported product transfer projects and established end-to-end Manufacturing Quality Assurance systems for a major Japanese corporation. His final corporate role was Senior Manager of Quality Control & Material Control.
In 2014, Chew founded Quality Mastery, later expanded into the brand Q+ESG, reflecting the organisation’s evolution from Quality Improvement into Integrated ESG, Sustainability, and Management Systems consulting. He delivers impactful training and advisory solutions across Malaysia, Brunei, and Cambodia.
His client portfolio includes industry leaders such as Top Glove, Panasonic, Honda, Mitsubishi Electric, Canon, Flextronics, Texas Instruments, Jabil, Volvo, Yamaha Motor, Mattel, Press Metal, IOI Group, among many others.
Chew is recognised for his interactive, practical, and results-oriented approach. He trains and consults trilingually (English, Malay, Mandarin), enabling effective knowledge transfer across all organisational levels.
Today, as the Founder of Q+ESG, he guides organisations toward Beyond Compliance. Real Impact — helping organisations embed quality, sustainability, and governance into long-term business value.
