Founded in year 2014, Q+ESG (registered as Quality Mastery) is a Malaysia-based consulting and training firm specialising in Quality Management, Business & Operational Process Improvement, ISO Management Systems and ESG/Sustainability Reporting.
From our base in Shah Alam, Selangor, we support organisations across all industries — from SMEs to large multinationals.
Q+ESG began as a Quality-focused consultancy helping organisations strengthen QA/QC, improve processes and achieve ISO certifications. Our foundation was built on Quality Improvement, Kaizen, Operational Excellence and strong ISO management system implementation.
As industries evolved and global expectations shifted, our clients required more than quality excellence — they needed support in ESG, sustainability reporting and responsible business practices. This led to the evolution of our brand into Q+ESG, combining Quality (Q) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) into one integrated capability.
As a HRD Corp Registered Training Provider, our programs are led by Certified Lead Auditors and Consultants with international credentials from PECB, CQI IRCA, and Exemplar
